2016 FLIPPIN' ILLINI INVITE
The club's first competition of the semester is February 20th-21st at the University of Illinois. We will be leaving at 7 am Saturday and returning in the afternoon on Sunday. We will stay in a hotel Saturday night, and there will be a social event that evening.
This meet will be more structured than the Mock Meet was but will still be a good experience for everyone. The biggest difference between the two is that this one will have judges. If you have questions about routine composition or what to expect, make sure to talk to Matt or Zach as soon as possible.
The cost of the meet will depend on how many fundraisers and community service events you have attended. If you have attended three or more events this school year, the meet will cost you $25. Otherwise, the meet will cost you $35. This fee MUST be paid in advance. Also, plan on bringing money for 3-4 meals. ALSO, you must be attending two or more practices each week leading up to the meet.
Please indicate if you are going by this Friday, February 5th, by 5pm by RSVP'ing on the Facebook event here. Make sure you have checked your schedule for exams and other conflicts before saying you can go. If you have any questions talk to Matt or Zach.

Meet fees

If you have attended three or more fundraising, volunteering, or inter-club events this school year, the meet will cost $25. For all other members, the meet will cost $35. Please bring payment no later than next Tuesday, February 16th. Check payments are preferable.
Social event

There will be a social event at a nearby location following the competition. The theme for the event will be DJ's and PJ's.
