WGC competed at the Illini Invite on February 15 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Saturday consisted of the competition, a team dinner, and team bonding! The levels offered were Xcel Diamond for WAG and Intermediate for MAG (and Expert Level Team Routine).

We had a great time at our first meet of 2025, the Flippin' Illini Invite! There were 28 participants competing from our gym, and we had 13 athletes compete both a MAG and WAG event. Congratulations to the following athletes for placing in the top 5:

Also, our MAG (Intermediate) team placed 2nd and our WAG (level 8) team placed 1st! Our team also placed 3rd in the Team Routine competition. Thank you especially to the University of Illinois for hosting and to everyone who came to support and cheer! We are looking forward to our next meet, Regionals, hosted by the us, coming up in March!
